- Custom steering wheels take about 5–6 weeks to build. Custom airbag covers 3–4 weeks. Shift knobs about 4 weeks.
- Please allow at least 2–3 weeks before reaching out. We will ONLY contact you first when your order is nearing completion and needs confirmation before shipping.
- Before anything ships you get a photo of your finished build to approve. It ships about a week after your approval, and you get tracking.
- In-stock items ship within 3 business days. UPS Ground takes 2–4 business days in the lower 48. We ship to almost every country; international customers are responsible for duties, taxes and import fees.
- To locate your order we need your 5-digit order number (it's in your confirmation email).
- Tell us your 5-digit order number and what's wrong. Photos help a lot.
- Want to change an option on a build in progress? Message us as soon as possible with your order number and the change.
- Warranty: 2 years on the steering wheel carbon finish against heat cracks, 1 year on LED lights and modules, lifetime on interior carbon, 150 days on exterior carbon.
- Custom orders are generally non-returnable once production has started. Verified product issues are reviewed case by case.
- If your car isn't on the site, we can still custom-make a wheel for it. Just tell us the year, make, model and trim.
- No need to send in your original wheel. Every price includes a new wheel.
- Made to order in about 5–6 weeks. Pay a 50% deposit or use the 4-part payment plan at checkout.
- All stock functions are retained. Heated steering wheel function can be kept for an extra $99.
- Wheels don't include an airbag. Your OEM airbag and electronics drop straight in. Custom airbag covers are sold separately.
- Everything is 100% genuine carbon fiber. The LED shift light runs off 12V and a Bluetooth OBD2 module.
- Zen Series magnetic paddle shifters are in stock and ship within 3 business days.
