IMPORTANT: PRODUCT LIABILITY WAIVER & DISCLAIMER. All products sold by Zenfluence Corp. are aftermarket vehicle components. By purchasing, installing, or using any product, you agree to our Liability Waiver & Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. It includes an assumption of risk, an installation-responsibility clause, an express negligence clause, and a mandatory arbitration agreement. Please read it before ordering.

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Zenfluence Corp., doing business as Zencarbonfiber ("we", "us", "our"), 2033 W McDermott Dr, STE 320-118, Allen, TX 75013. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return/Refund & Warranty Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Liability Waiver & Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND USE
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit malicious code. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Most products are made to order to the specifications you select. You are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle, year, trim, and options, and for the accuracy of any photos, measurements, artwork, or instructions you provide. Build times are estimates, not guarantees. Colors and materials may vary slightly from on-screen images. We may limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and cancel orders affected by such errors, including after an order is submitted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - INSTALLATION
We do not provide installation. Professional installation is recommended. You are solely responsible for installation, for transferring factory components such as the airbag module, buttons, and paddles, and for confirming that any modification is legal and appropriate for your vehicle and jurisdiction. Labor and installation costs are never covered.

SECTION 4 - NO OEM AFFILIATION
Zenfluence Corp. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle names and model designations are used solely to describe fitment and compatibility.

SECTION 5 - BILLING AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Deposits, balances, and payment plans are due as stated on your invoice. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers without a dealer agreement, or that are flagged for fraud.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, restocking fees, and warranty terms are governed by our Return/Refund & Warranty Policy.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content, product photos, designs, and the Zencarbonfiber name and logo (U.S. Reg. No. 8468150) are our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

SECTION 8 - USER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us photos, reviews, artwork, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our products and marketing, and you represent that you have the right to grant that license.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Third-party tools and links are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except for the limited written warranties in our Return/Refund & Warranty Policy, products and services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenfluence Corp. and its officers, contractors, suppliers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product. See the Liability Waiver & Disclaimer for additional terms.

SECTION 11 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenfluence Corp. and its officers, contractors, suppliers, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your installation or use of our products.

SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your purchase, installation, or use of our products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Collin County, Texas, as set out in our Liability Waiver & Disclaimer. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

SECTION 13 - SEVERABILITY; ENTIRE AGREEMENT; CHANGES
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us. We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
