This Privacy Policy describes how zencarbonfiber.com (the "Site", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site. If you opt in to text messages, our Messaging Terms (https://terms.pscr.pt/legal/shop/zencarbonfiber/terms_of_service) and Messaging Privacy Policy (https://terms.pscr.pt/legal/shop/zencarbonfiber/privacy_policy) also apply.

Information we collect

  • Device and usage information: browser, IP address, time zone, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, search terms, and how you interact with the Site. Collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site and understand how it is used.
  • Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers). Collected from you to fulfill orders, process payments, arrange shipping, send confirmations and updates, screen for fraud, and, where you have agreed, send marketing.
  • Build and customization information: vehicle details, photos of your steering wheel or interior, artwork for embroidery, and color preferences you send us. Used only to build your order and provide support.
  • Customer support information: what you share with us by email, SMS, social media message, or phone. Used to provide support.

How we share information

We share personal information with service providers that help us run the business, only as needed for them to perform their services:

  • Reviews: Judge.me (review requests and published reviews)
  • Customer support and automation tools: Google Workspace, Zapier, ManyChat
  • Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, TikTok pixel

We may also share information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. We use Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising tools to show ads to people who have visited our Site. Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide warranty service, and meet tax and legal requirements, unless you ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent where required, and for our legitimate interests; your data is processed in the United States.

Minors

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
