1. General Disclaimer

By purchasing, installing, or using any product from Zenfluence Corp. (dba Zencarbonfiber), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Zenfluence Corp. designs and sells aftermarket carbon fiber steering wheels, airbag covers, paddle shifters, and other vehicle interior and exterior accessories. These are aftermarket products. They are not original equipment, are not manufactured, tested, certified, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, and have not been tested or certified for compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) or any other government safety standard. Use of these products is at the sole risk of the purchaser and end user.

2. Modification of OEM Systems; Legal Compliance

Replacing or modifying a factory steering wheel, airbag cover, or related component is a modification to your vehicle. Although our products are designed to allow your factory airbag module, buttons, paddles, and heated element to be transferred and retained, any modification to these systems may affect their operation, including but not limited to:

  • Steering wheel operation and stability
  • Airbag deployment, timing, and effectiveness
  • Electronic controls and heated element performance

Zenfluence Corp. makes no representation or warranty that any product complies with federal, state, provincial, or local laws, regulations, or vehicle inspection requirements, or that it is legal for use on public roads in your jurisdiction. Laws governing aftermarket steering and airbag components vary by location. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal and appropriate for your intended use before purchasing and installing it. Where such modifications are not permitted on public roads, products are intended for off-road, competition, or show use only.

3. Airbag Covers

Zencarbonfiber airbag covers are replacement cosmetic front covers only. Zenfluence Corp. does not sell, supply, modify, service, or handle airbag inflators or airbag modules. Your original factory airbag module is transferred into the new cover by you or your installer. Zenfluence Corp. has no control over the condition of your airbag module, the quality of the installation, or whether the module is correctly seated and secured, and accepts no responsibility for airbag performance after installation.

4. Installation Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Zenfluence Corp. does NOT provide installation services and is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation.

  • Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended for all products, especially those involving steering wheel replacement, airbag components, or electrical connections.
  • You are responsible for following all safety precautions, including disconnecting the battery and waiting the manufacturer-specified time before servicing any airbag component.
  • Zenfluence Corp. is not responsible for installation errors, use of incorrect hardware or torque, damage to factory components during transfer, or issues caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling of our products.
  • By purchasing, installing, or using any Zenfluence Corp. product, you accept full responsibility for all risks and consequences associated with modifying your vehicle.

5. Warranty, Liability Limitations & Express Negligence Clause

Zenfluence Corp. provides limited written warranties for certain products, as stated in our Return/Refund & Warranty Policy. Except for those written warranties, all products are provided "as is," and Zenfluence Corp. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenfluence Corp. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Steering wheel or component failure
  • Airbag malfunction, including non-deployment, delayed deployment, or unintended deployment
  • Electrical or mechanical failure related to product installation
  • Any injury to persons or damage to vehicles or property resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of our products

EXPRESS NEGLIGENCE CLAUSE

BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM ZENFLUENCE CORP., YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ZENFLUENCE CORP. AND ITS OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR LOSSES, EVEN IF CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ZENFLUENCE CORP. OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES.

This release and waiver expressly applies to claims based on negligence, gross negligence, strict product liability, breach of warranty, or any other legal theory that might otherwise hold Zenfluence Corp. responsible. Where applicable law does not permit a full exclusion of liability, Zenfluence Corp.'s total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. No Affiliation with Vehicle Manufacturers

Zenfluence Corp. is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any automobile manufacturer. Vehicle brand names, model names, and chassis designations are used solely to describe fitment and compatibility. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that they are aftermarket parts and are not certified by any vehicle manufacturer.

7. Mandatory Arbitration, Governing Law & Class Action Waiver

By purchasing any product from Zenfluence Corp., you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the purchase, installation, or use of our products shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

  • Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and will take place in Collin County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the Federal Arbitration Act.
  • You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
  • If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

8. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using any product from Zenfluence Corp., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver & Disclaimer and to our Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, DO NOT purchase or install Zenfluence Corp. products.
