I appreciate the follow up as to my purchase. That speaks volumes regarding your customer care. Feedback negative or positive is how you scale and tap into improving your customer experience and grow the business.

I received the product and you did not disappoint. I haven’t had time to install it yet as I need to get the proper tools.

Out of the box it’s an 11 on a 10 scale. The weave pattern and quality of the workmanship are premium standard. Once I have it in the car I’m sure the compliments will come.

Again, fantastic job and I will be referring anyone looking for a carbon fiber wheel I know your way.
